  Saw 2 guys set up on a table at my gym in the middle of December, they told me about the business and I was actually interested so they took down my info along with my business name, assured me that once I’m ready to contact them through an email to get started, fast forward to middle of January I realized those 2 guys I talked to at the the gym signed me up for scheduled orders racking up to 74$ dollars, 12 cases of battles waters in total in only 4 weeks without my consent and I can’t refund the cases of water that again I did not order, they opened an account on my company name and did not need my credit card info, Bunch of freakin scammers this company, don’t trust them don’t give them your information, they will open an account on you

  We have had to reschedule our water delivery many times. The delivery date would be a certain date and the delivery doesn’t come. It has happened many times.

  I’ve been with Ready Fresh for about three years, going on four, and I’ve decided to cancel my subscription. Unfortunately, the pricing increased significantly over $100 a month at its peak. While I understand that prices can go up and they communicated this, it’s tough to handle such a spike, especially during the holiday season when many are budgeting carefully. My monthly fee went from under $40 to over $60, and then another unexpected charge of over $50 followed shortly after. I reached out to customer service, and while the agents were always kind and helpful, the company’s policies and pricing decisions really didn’t feel fair or customer-focused. In addition, the equipment pickup was scheduled incredibly quickly after cancellation, which felt a bit rushed and not considerate of the customer’s experience. Overall, it’s disappointing, and I hope they reconsider their pricing structure to better accommodate loyal customers.
