    Yikes. Stay away. The entire staff here is lacking in customer service, but in particular, the disheveled older woman will express how annoyed she is. Very rude, will not return. I'd suggest you stay away from this location.

    The female manager here (or I assume manager because she was the only one wearing normal clothes) was rude and unprofessional. First, she directed someone on her team to help someone that came in after me. I don’t care, as I figured he was probably in prior, but the staff and I were both taken by surprise as she was rude and didn’t give any other communication other than for the associate not to help me and help the gentleman instead, very curtly. Then she ended up helping me herself and when I tried to make small talk she was unreceptive. I also asked about their shipping and I can’t imagine a worse response than what she gave. She basically told me she doesn’t know and it really depends. I get that but change your tone please, and be helpful by directing your customer to where they can find this information etc. I doubt FedEx would be happy know that I own a growing e-commerce store and now will NOT be considering using FedEx. Train your employees better. Provide better customer service. With everything else being automated these days that’s the only thing you can control and the only way you will keep or lose customers.
