I would have given a 5 star rating if I was allowed to place my shred items into the bin myself in order to ensure my privacy. I'm not clear on if they were just really being helpful, or if it's the policy and procedure. If I have to have a human touch all my shred material, to me, my privacy is lost. Reached out to Staples and they allow you to place your shred items into the bin yourself so I'll need to go there.
