Patti, from my local post office in FL, reached out to him after my package was mistakenly returned to the sender and ended up at the Ontario facility. Jacob didn’t just look into it. He found the actual package. Anyone who has ever tried to track down a package that’s already moving through the postal network knows how incredible that is. Without Jacob’s persistence and willingness to go the extra mile, I would have lost something very meaningful that was meant as a gift for someone else.
