Although I never spoke to Jacob personally, I want to recognize him for his extraordinary effort in helping recover my package. Patti, from my local post office in FL, reached out to him after my package was mistakenly returned to the sender and ended up at the Ontario facility. Jacob didn’t just look into it. He found the actual package. Anyone who has ever tried to track down a package that’s already moving through the postal network knows how incredible that is. Without Jacob’s persistence and willingness to go the extra mile, I would have lost something very meaningful that was meant as a gift for someone else. I am beyond grateful for his dedication and teamwork. Jacob, thank you for caring enough to take the time. Your effort made all the difference!

I had called the USPS customer line to find out which USPS office takes in walk-ins for US Passport registrations, and they told me this location accepts walk-ins between 3pm-4pm. I had arrived at 2:55, and there wasn't much of a line, but they straight up told me that they had already reached their limit on Passport registrations. I told them it wasn't 3pm yet, but they didn't give a crap about what I just said and refused to help me out. Worst location ever.
