I went in there to return a package and pay for the postage and Andrew returned the package back to my house. After 3-4 time telling him, “that is my house” I need to return it to this address (while I’m pointing to the address on the return sheet paper). So I had to go in there AGAIN, pay ANOTHER postage fee adding up to $40 total. Because the employees at this location don’t know how to advise there customers correctly and ensure they are getting information correct. Why would I reship a package to my house again, when I’m trying to return the item? In which I told Andrew this…. Even when my address popped up on the screen to verify it was correct, it only showed me one address. As I was confirming the address on the screen, I told him again, yes this is MY correct address, where the package is coming from. Ridiculous, I will be going to the location on central from now on. Save your time and drive the extra mile and go to the central location.
