They are stand-offish and have zero problem talking shit about people in front of customers. There are 2-3 other UPS stores within a 3 mile radius. avoid this one completely.

When I went to return an item today, I was assisted by a bearded man, not very tall, who was extremely rude. He appeared to be in a supervisory or lead position, which makes the situation even more concerning. Never going back to this place
