In store pickup for your orders is easy and quick. I was very happy with my printed business cards. They are very professional. Associates are friendly and helpful.

However, I did not receive it the next day due to human error. I ended up waiting almost a week and a half to pick up my order all due to human error on their end and they never would call to give any updates or anything I was the one that always had to call to get any communication. Without even being offered a discount, let alone free, if I kept making an error on a simple print job and delayed an order that late (I can understand a day or two delay, but over a week) for someone with a 24 hour promise turn around, I would’ve given it to them for free. Staples needs to work on their customer resolve.
