- KKKarliDec 16, 20252.0From the moment I walked in Jackie had an off putting attitude. I explained why I was there and she gave me a sigh and was like well. We don’t really have anyone here to help you. When I got sent down from the mountain location. Jackie said with an attitude well you caught us at a weird time. Told me I could wait 10 minutes. She kept asking me details about the box. I told her I knew it was 100 and something pounds and I couldn’t lift it out of my car.. We finally found someone to help out. He got the box all the way out of the car and in the facility for her to deny it, she could’ve taken the time and peaked in my trunk. To see if she was even going to be able to take it in. I felt bad for the guys who had to do all that lifting for no reason. Jackie made me feel uncomfortable and was no help on what I should do since they couldn’t take the box. I explained the box was in that condition when fedex delivered and she goes oh well should’ve filed a claim. Like I was supposed to know if I was going to return it or not or that it wouldn’t be taken back. It’s not my job to know that. It’s hers and she could be more respectful when informing people on what to do. Zero customer service skills she shouldn’t be front of house seems she has zero patience and doesn’t like her job.

I could have walked there and back by now. Fed ex is not worth the headaches, or wasted time and money. It will literally get there faster by courier pigeon.
