- MMMj2 days ago1.0Virgin mobile is the WORST SERVICE! I cancelled my plan in June of 2026 and they still charged me up till august 2026 and made me pay the bill and threaten to have me go to collections if not paid! WHEN I CANCELED. I had always had problems with this provider. I will not be returning to them.

He put my Father at ease, set my Father up with a new phone and plan, with his prior number, paying less than he was. Taksim took the time to go over all the details with my Father, and set up everything on his phone for him! Thank you Taksim for being the silver lining in this crazy situation! We had a wonderful experience because of you!
