  Taksim at Virgin Mobile in Devonshire Mall was extremely helpful to my Father who had just lost his cellphone and all of his id travelling back from Alberta. He put my Father at ease, set my Father up with a new phone and plan, with his prior number, paying less than he was. Taksim took the time to go over all the details with my Father, and set up everything on his phone for him! Thank you Taksim for being the silver lining in this crazy situation! We had a wonderful experience because of you!

  Really poor they raise your bill up without telling you anything and they by Bell now definitely bad. I’ll never recommend anybody.

  Taksim at Virgin Plus in Beach Devonshire Mall provided outstanding customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He explained all the plans clearly, answered all my questions, and made everything quick and easy. I really appreciate his professionalism and would highly recommend asking for Taksim if you visit Virgin Plus. Thank you for the excellent service!

  I went to Virgin booth at Devonshire Mall, Taksim and his coworker helped me transfer over to my new phone. They were so polite and helpful. He did all the work. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond what I needed even getting me a huge discount on my internet. Thank you!
