  Travis & Taksim are absolutely amazing at what they do. Getting a new phone/ upgrading your contract is one of those mundane tasks that you drag your feet to do. These two made my experience much more enjoyable. They were positive, energetic, informative and also gave me a great discount on a new plan! Would recommend 5/5 experience!

  The guy at the kiosk whose name name started with a T was super unhelpful, and didn't seem to know what was going on in general. My phone wasn't charging, so I couldn't complete my phone upgrade online and I was planning on buying an iPhone 17 Pro that same day in person so I went over to the mall. And when the total rang up after I gave him my info, it was higher than what I had seen online. I told him about this offer and he continuously argued with me telling me it didn't existed when I was literally looking at it an hour earlier. I couldn't complete my purchase online because I couldn't get a text from my old phone, so in person was my only option and I'm switching off of Virgin after being a customer for 10+ years because this was annoying for no reason. Also, here's the promo I was talking about, because duh.
