On Friday we find out the package is damaged and hasn’t left Memphis. We raised a ticket on Wednesday so why didn’t anyone call us to let us know that it wouldn’t be delivered by Friday. Useless company. Horrible customer service. They don’t do what you pay for. When you talk to someone all they do is say I’m really sorry about that.

As a result, you can spend days trying to figure out where your package is and where to pick it up. This has happened to me more than once, and it is extremely frustrating. I really wish online stores would stop using FedEx for deliveries.
