I was looking forward to my new fibre network but after 3 attempts at having a tech come to set it up and multiple attempts to speak with a manager who refused to get on the phone, I decided that they do NOT know how to run a business and obviously don’t care to hold anyone accountable for their mistakes. When you book an appointment and no one shows up and then you try multiple times after to rebook just to be told no one is available to come out during the scheduled appointment time, that is plain nonsense and completely unacceptable. Shame on you, you should be embarrassed.
