  Incredibly unprofessional and elitist experience today. I came in simply to get a routine trade-in estimate—a basic request that every other retailer handles in seconds just by looking up the device model. Instead, the salesperson, Mark Miner, refused to give me a quote unless I handed over my personal information first. When I exercised my right to protect my data until I was actually ready to do business, his attitude completely changed. To make matters worse, as I walked out the door, Mark loudly gossiped to his co-worker, calling me 'suspicious' for wanting to keep my information private. He clearly thought I couldn't hear him. The accusation was entirely illogical; a real security threat wouldn't walk casually into a secure retail environment covered by surveillance cameras just to ask for a price estimate. It was obvious he was profiling me based on my casual outfit and making a completely false assumption that I couldn't afford to do business there. There is a massive difference between standard identity verification during a final transaction and insulting a potential customer. Mark clearly doesn't know his clientele. Thanks for the business card, Mark—I just wanted to share my experience with the world. I will gladly take my trade-in elsewhere, because if I ever did business here, I certainly wouldn't do it with him

  The service quality has fallen off a cliff. Just go with Rogers. I never had problems with them and now with Bell I feel like I’m on WIND Mobile
