- ACAustin CrosbyAug 28, 20261.0Got the new iPhone 17, asked them to make sure everything from my old iPhone 15 was transferred, I was rushed out the door with it half done now only my cloud has transferred over and everything else is missing, I brought it back within the hour to have them fix the problem only for them to just repeat the same thing they did before tell me they fixed it rushed me out the door a second time, this Time I was smart enough to wait to see before I left the store and my intuition was right they didn’t fix it. Maybe next time the young girl working should focus on her work and customers and not her friends who are there waiting for her to finish her shift I’m now stuck with a phone with only half my stuff on it and will likely have to pay money to have a third party fix their error. If I could give a zero I would.
