  I experienced the best customer service I’ve had in years! Abhi was extremely helpful, professional and very patient, fully explaining all options and financing. After purchasing a new phone he synchronized it with my IPad allowing for a smooth transition. Thank you so much!

  The best Bell I have ever been too the representative went out of her way to go to another store to pick up my wife phone Samsung fold 8 that I couldn't find nowhere her names are zuha and Lyndsey they were fully helpful and knowledgeable I would highly recommend coming to Bell in Whitby mall I know I will be back thank u again very happy

  I had the best experience at this bell, Vince should be the manager of the place he’s so great and kind and took his time to explain everything and made us laugh at the same time. Never truly had an experience like this with any other company and employee if I could put 100 stars for Vince I would so if anyone goes to bell ask for Vince in Ajax or Whitby ugh such good service 🙂
