  Recently purchased a S26 cellphone. Realized that although I had created my voicemail message, the cell wasn't allowing call messages to be sent to voicemail. I need to be able to access my messages, especially for business calls or calls from the nursing home. I went to the Bell store where I purchased my cellphone and Alyanna was amazing. She corrected this issue for me so quickly. I appreciate her knowledge and professionalism. I left the store very relieved. Thank you for solving this issue for me. I recommend this store and the staff, from a very happy customer.

  I went in to this location with my daughter because she wanted to get a new phone and also switch provider to Bell. Alyanna was absolutely amazing!!!! She was very personable, friendly, professional and explained everything in detail. The entire process of switching over to Bell was absolutely flawless because of Alyanna. This location is very lucky to have such an outstanding employee as she is. I would most definitely recommend to anybody to go to the location because the staff is absolutely amazing!!!

  I was dealing with a Bell customer service representative over the phone to upgrade my phone, but unfortunately they weren't very helpful, so I decided to visit the store instead and I'm so grateful Vince was there! Vince actually helped me get my very first phone almost 15 years ago at a different location, and I've been looking for him ever since. He is, without a doubt, the best! He's incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely cares about his customers, and always goes above and beyond to help. I usually don't enjoy dealing with customer service in person, but I will gladly make the trip just to see Vince because I know he'll do everything he can to help. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, never rushes you, and is unbelievably patient. You can tell he truly wants his customers to leave feeling happy and taken care of. His customer service is beyond exceptional, and Bell is incredibly lucky to have someone like Vince on their team. Thank you again, Vince, for always making what could be a stressful experience so easy!
