  I want to give a huge shout out to Vinny. My husband and I went in looking to find the best deal on new phones. Not only do Vinny manage to do that but he also got my bill lowered!!!! He awsnered every question we had and even took the time to get us the beat deal on revates for our turned in phones! Would recommend this location... especially Vinny to anyone

  I was dealing with a Bell customer service representative over the phone to upgrade my phone, but unfortunately they weren't very helpful, so I decided to visit the store instead and I'm so grateful Vince was there! Vince actually helped me get my very first phone almost 15 years ago at a different location, and I've been looking for him ever since. He is, without a doubt, the best! He's incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely cares about his customers, and always goes above and beyond to help. I usually don't enjoy dealing with customer service in person, but I will gladly make the trip just to see Vince because I know he'll do everything he can to help. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, never rushes you, and is unbelievably patient. You can tell he truly wants his customers to leave feeling happy and taken care of. His customer service is beyond exceptional, and Bell is incredibly lucky to have someone like Vince on their team. Thank you again, Vince, for always making what could be a stressful experience so easy!

  Vince and Alyanna were sooo great to work with. Both extremely knowledgeable at what they are doing, with amazing energy as well. A great reunion too! Vince had sold me my very first phone many many years ago and I'm so glad to have found him again. He's got my loyalty!
