  I went to the Bell store in Conestoga Mall and had Aleksej assist me with a phone plan for my elderly father. He was absolutely amazing, had a lot of patience with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. He didn’t rush me out of the store and took the time to explain everything in detail. I left there completely confident in the services that I signed up for.

  Aleksej is not an individual I would recommend for any type of customer service. I went into the Sunrise Centre Bell where this person was working. I arrived at 6:20pm and as soon as I opened the door this man told me that he was serving someone else. I said not to worry I am late so I’ll wait. He said immediately he had no appointments scheduled and asked for my licence. (Thought he was helping someone else?). I gave him my ID at which point he informed me that I was an account holder not a decision maker on the account. I explained I was divorced and my previous name to which he responded that I don’t have authorization on my own account. I said well I changed my name and got a phone in December - to which he said (with a store full of customers) that that would’ve been fraudulent on my part (Admed as well as the bell service on the phone confirmed I was not in fact fraudulent). I began explaining I was on the phone for hours that day with Bell and had an appt and they sent me here to pick up a burgundy 18 . He asked which one and I said i didn’t know my phones and it didn’t matter. His quick abrupt response was it did matter and there was none in stock as they just launched - doubting what I was saying. I opened my phone to show him my phone transactions with bell on the phone and his rude response was “that means nothing to me”. I stated that I felt like he thought I was lying and I would go elsewhere and he condescendingly said “have a nice day” . I went out to my vehicle to call bell again and while I was on the phone at 6;53pm aleksej was observed closing the security gates and closing up the store early. I went back the next day after my next call with bell and guess what?! After dealing with Ahmed- I came to find out there was iPhone 18’s in stock in burgundy like I originally requested and I am not fraudulent. This man was rude , condescending , unprofessional and didn’t take the time to assist to problem solve. I suspect he wanted to get out of there and couldn’t be bothered to look into my request . I wouldn’t want a person like this working for any organization I worked for and I will never deal with him again nor recommend him to anyone I know .

  We went to bell store in Conestoga mall today to make a new purchase , Sahil was a wonderful representative. He spents time to help us go thru the process. Definitely will return to this store.
