  Even though they own small Internet providers they go out of their way to make the lives of their customers harder. Monopoly on FTTH is very bad. Stay away if you can.

  I went to the conestoga mall Bell store today to browse the new Samsung Zflip 8 ultra phone. Sahil greeted me immediately and helped with my decision making with very helpful plan comparisons with transparency on what I will lose from my current superb plan. I picked both the new phone and case with his help along with the new subscription plan with flex option. I highly recommend this store and Sahil. Kudos.

  I had an excellent experience at the Bell/Virgin store in Conestoga Mall, Waterloo. Sahil helped us set up a new service, and he was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He took the time to answer all our questions and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his outstanding customer service and dedication. I highly recommend asking for Sahil if you visit this store. Thank you for the excellent support!
