  If I could put 0 stars in would... where do I begin I switched to bell around 8 months ago, biggest mistake of my life. First they give me a modem that had actual cockroaches inside of it and no cables to install so I got a new modem. Then the second one works fine for a little then it warms up outside and my internet stops working for a wiring issue. Then they give me a new modem to fix the issue after telling them that its a technician wiring issue, and another modem, and another modem. Now they finally are getting a technician out told me the date so I take it off work cause you need someone at home. Just for them to tell me it's for tommorow now... canada day like thanks Bell... would not recommend

  My previous experiences with the Bell Store @Conestoga Mall have not been great yet I figured I would give them one more chance. So glad I did, because Amy was phenomenal! Amy was professional, courteous, patient and very knowledgeable! If you’re going into the store ask for her. Thank you again Amy

  Sudeep has been so helpful with our mobile and home internet. He completely fixed the mess that happened. Worked everything out for us. Made phone calls for us. Gave us a great deal as well. 100% recommend his services.

  Sahil was very helpful in helping me find a new phone and switching to bell. Highly recommend going to him if you go to this store!
