  Pros: - great staff at front desk. Warm and welcoming. - Great facility as well and first floor with monitors is convenient to not need to bring your own. Cons: - the smell. It always reeks of a wet chemical or B.O., especially in the front entrance as well as the first and second floor, and oftentimes the bathrooms. - A/C is turned off in the evenings and on weekends; this is a cheap and lousy way to treat your tenants when advertising that you have extended hours. Either close during extended hours, or ensure the experience is not dreadful while you’re open. The experience should not be any different regardless of the time of day. - On the weekends, the same group of people head to the 2nd floor, talk really loudly, microwave very pungent smelling food, and take their shoes off to lie down (bare feet) on the couch. It makes it a very unpleasant experience to see and obviously deters most other tenants from spending time in that area during those times. If these 3 issues were addressed, this review would be a 5/5 as I think the front desk staff are great. But for now, I will be using other locations until this is handled.

  Very well lit and comfortable working space. One of the only places that have external monitors for open use (not just for reserved desks). Free beer on tap after 3pm! The staff, Christina and Tiana, are very welcoming and friendly. I forgot my charger overnight and Christina went through security cam footage to help me find it! Saved me $100 and a trip to the Apple Store !

  The best WeWork in Toronto by a mile. Beautiful workspace and very friendly staff, couldn’t recommend more!
