  I had and awesome experience dealing with Jeff at the Dufferin Mall I came in a little down based on my phone situation just solved it with no problems or hesitation he made me feel respected as a customer and valued I would recommend Jeff’s to any friend or family looking to get any of Virgins products thank you again Jeff and Virgins Mobile

  The sales team at the Virgin/Bell kiosk in Dufferin Mall were absolutely fantastic!!! They answered all of my questions and walked me through several different options until we found the perfect solution for me. Incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly top-tier customer service!!!!! Thank you sooo much!!

  The service is terrible, the cell phones are damaged and when you ask for assistance they tell you that it is not their problem, and they can't do anything, and online its the same, technically its pay and u dont get anything and they gonna ask you for more money and you can't do anything
