- CNCatie NobesJun 19, 20261.0It's at the point where if something is being delivered by Fedex, I just roll my eyes. I know the first delivery date will be missed, the courier will lie about attempting delivery (even if I wasn't home, I can see if they tried the buzzer!), and it's 50/50 that I will have to call and follow up. This month, a new impressive low - the "attempted delivery" proof was a photo of the outside of my building from maybe a decade ago! The businesses shown hadn't been there since before the pandemic. A few years ago, Fedex messed up so badly they sent me a gift basket apology, and then couldn't even deliver their own apology parcel on time. I don't even really blame the individual drivers - this is clearly an organizational issue that is cultural, ongoing, and widespread.
