I had quite a few questions, especially because I was submitting an important immigration document, and Griffin took the time to walk me through every step and answer all of my questions clearly. He clearly knew the process inside and out, which gave me a lot of confidence and made what could have been a stressful experience feel very easy and straightforward. I truly appreciate how attentive, professional, and kind he was. Thank you, Griffin, for going above and beyond to help me! Excellent customer service!

- AMA MSep 5, 20265.0I personally want to acknowledge Malisa John who was at the customer service desk promptly at 12 noon on a Saturday. My suitcase which was delayed was due for pick up only on Tuesday after Labour weekend but we were flying out on Monday morning. Besides there were items in the suitcase that were needed for a wedding this afternoon. Malisa went out of her way to locate the suitcase and bring it out. Now that’s is what I call Customer Service even though the delay was caused by a pick up delay from FedEx. I sincerely hope management at the centre recognise her for this.

I get there and the employees say I need to pay fee to or I can't have it. The fee is some garbage processing fee for picking up. I already paid for shipping when I purchased my item. Absolutely dishonest and a shameful company.
