Package got lost in the system, then marked as destroyed and undeliverable after sending multiple delivery inquiries. The package might as well have been drop kicked across the US border

Some other drop-off locations just take the package and hand it over to the DHL driver, and assume that the paperwork is done properly. It's just a small trailer in the northwest corner of the parking lot, but we've been using this drop-off spot for months, and it's the only one we trust. As a bonus, there's a Tim Horton's in the same parking lot.
