- ETEric TaoJun 24, 20261.0we recently plan to move in the new house and choose Bell for our internet service. We had the first tech guy came for installation and this guy checked and told us that he didn't have enough time to complete the job and also didn't want to work overtime, so he left. A few days later, we got the 2nd guy came in, installed the cable across our 2nd floor window with a strong emphasiss that we want the cable line to be as high as possible. As such, we can't open the window anymore. I expressively explained our concern, and he asked us to try see if the window can be opened or not as a recommended solution. When I said it's not acceptable, he decided to leave without finishing the job! We called Bell customer service and filed a complaint yesterday, of course, anyone would do that! Tomorrow, we will be move in, and nobody called us to arrange the installing! What's going on with BELL? The fastest internet speed, but the worst customer service?
