One of the worst experiences I've had at a store in the last decade. To be clear the staff were respectful and tried their best, but nothing worked (this is as much a reflection of Bell the company as with this specific store). The staff attempted to migrate my cellphone plan over to bell based on a promotional offer. In the process, the staff disconnected me from my old phone line but ran into issues and couldn't give me a new phone line unless I signed up for a different temporary plan. This plan cost 3x more than the promotional offer. They promised it would be rectified quickly. After weeks of phone calls with both Bell's support staff and the inhouse folks at this particular branch the promotional code was still never applied. The staff at the Eaton's Center never phoned the head office to fix it (despite multiple follow ups), and I ultimately got charged more than a 100$ for services I never was able to use. I hope other people have had more positive experiences here but from start to finish this was a disaster. The promotional offer was never applied, my phone was temporarily inoperable because of a bad migration, and neither the inhouse staff nor the online support were able to help despite hours on the phone with them.
Janvi who works there promised me a good price on mobility and home internet by giving me a few different discounts. However, after I received my first bill, I was shocked to see that the "discounts" werent applied and I found out that while the fibre op internet I was promised is not available in my area. As a result, I received slower home internet and my monthly bill is higher than what I was quoted. When I tried to reach out to her on the contact information on her business card, she never responded or answered my phone calls.
I'm very disappointed because I wasnt given accurate information and I have no way of getting an explanation from Janvi. As a result, I'm cancelling my contract with Bell because I was misled by the consultant I dealt with.

The most heinous people ever. Never give receipts decisive and gaslight everyone into buying things you know you don’t need and then scream at you like you’re insane for not paying literallly 100 time the price for the same thing on Amazon and no refunds by the way because they don’t even give contracts or receipts and I’m suing them and the evil girl working there specially and Carl and all her managers I’m suing!!!!

Extremely disappointing experience at this Bell store.
On March 6, I placed an order for an iPhone 17 Pro (blue) through an associate, with a confirmed trade-in value of $500 for my current phone—clearly stated to be applied when the new phone arrived. I also have written confirmation of this order.
I was initially told the phone would arrive within 2 days. However, it has now been over two weeks with no communication or update. Despite multiple attempts to follow up with the associate, there was no response.
When I visited the store in person, the situation became even more frustrating and inconsistent. The associate who assisted me at the store, Akshita, provided multiple conflicting explanations:
• First, I was told the original associate (Sarthak) had been on leave for two weeks.
• Then I was told shipments are delayed.
• Later, I was told that Sarthak has actually quit.
• Finally, I was informed that while the order exists, they cannot honor the original plan because the pricing has now “expired.”
At no point was I informed of any delay, arrival update, or urgency to act—yet I am now being penalized for it.
To make matters worse, the interaction was dismissive and unprofessional, and I was even threatened to be “shown the door” when I asked for a fair resolution.
This is not just poor service—it is a complete lack of accountability, transparency, and professionalism. Customers should not be made to suffer due to internal mismanagement and contradictory information.
I would strongly advise others to get everything documented and think twice before placing an order at this location.
