- MMMark Morita5 days ago1.0If you are not careful, Bell will flat out steal your money. I ordered a smart watch. They sent the wrong colour, so I asked to return it and sent it to the address they asked me to. Bell claims they never got the package and just kept my $780. There is nothing I can do. They just flat out stole my money. Look online. This is not an isolated incident. Others have had this experience. Just a few months ago I found out Bell was charging me for a cell line that I never signed up for. They offered a 3 month refund even though there were 13 months of charges for a line I never asked for. I had to file a complaint with their regulator (CRTC) to get the full refund. I only raise this as an example to show that the watch issue is not an isolated incident. Bell tries to steal your money every chance they get. Be very careful with Bell. They are very good at quietly stealing your money and hoping you don't notice. Then if you want your money back, you need to spend hours on the phone over multiple days, wait many months, be meticulous about following up, and even then sometimes they just keep your money because they can.
