Spent hours on the phone with a specialist, and then Bell tech support, to no avail. Took the new phone to the store and Vanna had it activated in minutes. She was funny, didn't make us feel rushed, and clearly knew what she was doing. Thanks, Vanna!

The employee refused to call other locations to see if they had any in stock, claiming Bell employees weren’t allowed to do so. Bell’s complaints department later confirmed this was incorrect and that she should have helped. Unacceptable lack of assistance for a simple equipment replacement.

This was a much better experience than I had feared mostly because Samanta was AMAZING! She was helpful, informative, went way out of her way at every stage and always smiling and pleasant and happy. It was Samanta’s help that made me want to change TV/internet as well as phone, without ever making me feel pressured. I hope Bell appreciates her!

Every two years, I return to upgrade my iPhone, and Vanna has consistently made the experience easy and enjoyable. Today, I picked up my new iPhone 18 Pro Max, and everything went perfectly. Vanna is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to answer my questions. I’ve also received great service from David, the manager, and Samantha. A big thank you to the whole team for the consistently excellent service. I highly recommend this store!
