  This is their worst store; your problems can never be resolved there. We can't make payments, they can't help with the Bell app, they can't help with anything. I've visited this location three times and I'm never going back.

  August 16, 2026, at Bell Store Location BE371 (The Stockyards) with Consultant Victor was good day. I received exceptional customer service from this agent. Victor was very welcoming and easy to work with. He provided detailed explanations, timely navigation, answered my multiple questions with respect and professionalism. Bell is indeed in good hands with Victor. I left the store satisfied with the exemplary customer service experience. Well done again Victor even though I commended you instore. I wish you all the best, my friend as your client care decorement will take you in good places and success you will gain.   Hitesh and Justin were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of transferring my SIM from Freedom to Bell.   Had to get a new phone and do a return, the staff at this location were extremely patient and knowledgeable. The employee ‘Justin’ was in training but you would never know it if his name tag didn’t say that. All round good experience I would recommend getting help at this location.

  I'll be honest, I didn't buy anything or sign-up for a new plan, but my experience with staff in my short-visit was nothing short of incredible. I was in a pinch and my phone had died, and I had no ability to pay for my bus ride home, and the female staff member that was present that day (Thursday, July 30) was very accommodating and allowed me to borrow a charger (despite my carrier being Rogers). I sadly didn't catch her name, but she was very friendly and was very helpful in that desperate moment.
