Unfortunately, this turned into months of frustration, endless phone calls, being transferred around, and getting absolutely nowhere. What made it even more stressful is that this email address was tied to everything: password resets, account access, personal information, and overall account security. By the time I walked into the Stockyards location, I honestly felt defeated and exhausted from trying for so long. Then I met Tennica and Syed. From the moment they assisted me, I felt genuinely cared for as a customer. They were patient, understanding, compassionate, and incredibly professional. They didn’t treat me like “just another customer” — they actually listened, took the time to understand the situation, and reassured me they would do everything they could to help. I cannot fully express the relief and gratitude I felt in that moment.
