He was very aggressive and didn't let me finish explaining my situation before cutting me off and getting frustrated. Really bad customer service experience, you should at least hear out the customers before jumping to conclusions and get combative with them. Do not go to this location if you need customer support or at least do not speak with Artin.

I called 1-800-667-0123 got transfered multiple times, then sent to store, then sent to call 1-800-668-2860, who then sent me to call number 1-800-361-9119, with no pick up. 14 PEOPLE IN TOTAL, ALL SAYING THEY CANNOT HELP. I am currently talking to the 15th while chatting with someone online. Is there someone / sales person that can help? This is becoming absurd.
