  The lady was extremely rude, saw issues in everything we talked about, ignored our “have a good day”, and literally kept sighting while doing the most simple device return procedure. Stay away from this store, especially if a middle-aged woman is the one you’re dealing with.

  Had to upgrade my old Samsung phone (S20) and finally get a new one and had been putting it off for about a year as I really don't like the ordeal (for me) of having to switch everything over to a new phone. I dealt with Parth and he was extremely helpful, patient and friendly and walked me through the whole process of getting the phone I wanted, getting a new (and better plan) and how best to switch everything over. He helped me pick out a new case, charger, protective shield etc... Took it home and everything worked fine (not a fan of Google Messages though, ugh). Thank you for your time and help Parth! Glad I finally got this new phone, well worth it.

  The lady who helped me came off quite condescending as if I know nothing about phones and that my desire to switch from Apple to Android comes out of a place of ignorance. A simple “oh really! Why?” Would come off friendly and make me think there is genuine curiosity. Instead I was met with disapproval and confusion. This is something I was going to ignore but what is making me write this review is that when she realized I didn’t qualify for an upgrade she looked annoyed right away as though it is silly I would like a new phone. I am fully aware I purchased this phone recently, I am not dumb. And all I wanted to know is what steps I can take to get a new phone no matter how inconvenient for me. Right before I left a comment was made that made me extremely upset. She said “well I mean you got an iPhone 17e so yeah you wouldn’t like it.” So I want to say this, you do not know me or what types of Iphones I’ve had. I’ve had an iPhone 16 pro max and purposely switched to a budget 17 out of mere curiosity, apparently I have to justify my actions in order to switch to Android so there you go. That was extremely insulting to me as if my desire to switch was due to never experiencing a good iPhone. The only reason I am giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is because I’ve been at this location before and the staff were generally friendly. This experience however upset me enough to leave a review.
