- GFGage FletcherMay 18, 20261.0I went into Bell on the morning of May 18th looking to get a new phone and compare phone plans, and the experience was disappointing from the start. The employee helping me seemed annoyed that I was there and was on his phone while assisting me. Honestly, fair, I don't really want to be there either. I was trying to compare different plans and understand the pricing. There is a lot of information, so I asked if I could see a breakdown printed out, or on his screen so I could properly understand it. I was told he couldn’t show me, which is bizarre. I said I think I should be able to see the details of what I'm potentially paying for and he hit me with, “That’s your opinion,” which is obviously unhinged, unhelpful and unnecessary in this situation. The interaction ended with him telling me to go somewhere else. I took his advice. I bopped over to Rogers which is just on the other side of the mall. 30 minutes later I'm no longer with Bell and have a new phone and new plan. They even helped compare and contrast options for me. That simple and easy. No hostility required!
