- HMHamdi Mohammed2 days ago5.0I got served by Amy bell. She was quick and sufficient. She warm and friendly. She made the experience of singing with bell a breeze. She went beyond and more to make me welcome into bell. This employee deserves a medal. If it wasn’t for her I would have taken my business elsewhere. She a great asset to bell store at the Eaton centre in Toronto. Five star employee *****🙏🏽🙌🏾
- SKSonja KatholSep 29, 20265.0Very happy with my experience at the Bell store in Eaton Centre. Nolan was so helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to sort out my phone and wifi plans. Thank you!
- CYChris YoungSep 22, 20265.0Ethan helped me out tonight. Long wait for the previous customer to complete their complicated transaction and he handled it like a pro. Didn’t lose patience, really knew his stuff. When it came to helping me, he knew exactly what to do to resolve my issue (this is after two 2+ hour calls/chats with support). He did what this Bell customer needed, and within the constraints. Amazing service.
- LDLesley DiTullioSep 20, 20265.0Always an easy and efficient experience working with this store. Jersey is incredibly helpful and willing to find the best deals and products for our family. Thank you!!!
- ECE ChowSep 20, 20261.0There’s a huge mismatch between the instructions provide by bell customer service online and the actual store. The online agent pointed me to a solution that the store is no longer offering. Huge discrepancy, wasting customers’s time. Its stock performance sucks for a reason.
