  Mike went above and beyond on a recent interaction. He reached out to me about a role at a company I was already discussing opportunities with. The conversation could have ended there, but he took special care to get to know me and my goals, discuss the job market, and the opportunity itself.   You needed a copywriter. I was that copywriter. You were at the office, staring down a list of projects and a very specific need. Someone who could jump in, get it, get along, and get it done. I was at home. Available. Experienced. Alarmingly well-suited. But we didn’t cross paths. I was just a name on LinkedIn. You didn’t have time to go searching. So you called Mike at 24 Seven Talent. And somehow, he connected us. That copywriter? Me. And from there, everything clicked. I felt supported at every step by Mike and the team, placed somewhere I could do my best work, and part of a well-honed process.   This is the best talent team I worked with. I met Mike on day 1, and got a confirmation of placement with an ad agency on day 4. Mike, Patrick and Sim were very communicative and easy to talk to, very transparent on things, which I greatly appreciate. They do check-in calls/emails and ask how are things going and stuff during and after my placement as well, which were also very thoughtful. 10/10 would love to work with them if opportunity arise again. Strongly recommend.
