Highly recommend them and I am hoping Bell is as excellent as their beautiful employee's . Suggestion they should be allowed to accept gratitude and not be taxed if customers chooses to give with out fear of retribution for accepting tip's in excellent services.
- RKRynn KempMay 1, 20262.0Went in to help my Father upgrade his device for the first time in 13 years and we were dealing with Lisa. The sale itself was fine but after my father declined their $230 protection package (for nothing but a crappy screen protector and charging block) her dementor changed and she became very short and rude to the two of us. I tried to get him to purchase a new charging block from her as he would’ve probably needed a new one and he declined, at some point during the interaction she got frustrated and told us I was “doing her job for her” and that I could assist him with everything at home after. Would leave 0 stars if I could this was unacceptable behaviour from a customer service representative who works for a large company such as bell.
