  Extremely frustrated with the local FedEx delivery service. For three weeks in a row, the driver delivering our weekly HelloFresh box has disregarded our delivery instructions. We have a designated safe drop box because we are at work all day and cannot immediately bring packages inside. It is there to keep deliveries out of sight from the street and protect them from porch pirates and animals. What makes this especially frustrating is that our security camera captured a FedEx supervisor personally showing the driver where the package is supposed to go. Despite that, the following deliveries were still left outside the safe drop box. On every single occasion, the driver literally placed the HelloFresh box on top of the safe drop box in full view of the street, took the delivery photo, and drove away. This isn't a complicated delivery request. The secure box is right there, and the driver has personally been shown how to use it. After three consecutive weeks of the same issue, we're now bringing a written complaint directly to local management. We receive these food deliveries every week and simply want our very reasonable delivery instructions to be followed: please put our packages INSIDE the safe drop box, not on top of it.

  This is the second time recently where my package was delivered to the wrong address. Don’t understand how drivers don’t look at the address on the box and make sure it matches the house number. The delivery image is also very poor and not able to identify which house the package mistakenly went to from it.

  The driver didn’t use my buzzer code and I was at home waiting . He just dropped tag and left.. I don’t know why Fedex drivers always. Am still waiting for my package and no update for next delivery or pick up location.

  I’ve had a very frustrating experience with FedEx in Thunder Bay. My packages are constantly delayed or returned, and the staff seem to have serious issues with responsibility and communication. Most of the time they don’t even knock on the door before marking the delivery as missed. I went to Staples, and instead of properly helping me or answering my questions, the employees were trying to sell me a SIM card. I was already stressed and frustrated, so honestly the whole interaction felt ridiculous and unprofessional. I bought a table from IKEA and I already paid for delivery service, so the issue was clearly not on their side. My table order came in two parts, but FedEx only delivered the legs while the tabletop has been missing for over 10 days. Now I’m being told to go to the airport and ask them ,If customers have to spend hours calling different places and driving to the airport just to receive a package, then what is the point of paying for delivery or shopping online? The entire experience felt outdated, stressful, and unacceptable.

  Worst delivery in town, pathetic!! They didn't even call when they tried to deliver my package. Absolutely pathetic!!!!!!!!
