I tried another rep, and when I politely asked for their name and ID # they said they can't give that, and proceeded to hang up on me. Clarissa at Intercity mall gave me another number to try, and that person was very helpful in helping my family retain a deceased family members phone number. Thank you for having the decency to assist in a matter that my family treasures.

The associate helping us was Mike who then laughed and smiled at us for being displeased with his customer service. Alyssa the “store manager” of BELL and BESTBUY is an absolute joke of a person. Will allow her staff to laugh and belittle customers instead of handling conflict. Extremely unprofessional people who clearly have no interest in doing their jobs properly. As a store manager under no circumstances should your employees be sitting there with a huge smile on his face while customers are displeased. Even if we were in the wrong (which we weren’t) it speaks volumes on how she manages this store and her unprofessionalism. Shouldn’t have closed the virgin stall in the mall if your bell workers will do absolutely nothing for virgin customers. Hilarious she asked security to escort us from the mall and it ended in getting the numbers to report her and him both and for us to continue shopping. 😂
