- AJAlexandra JoukovaSep 21, 20261.0This Bell location has very rude employees, especially the female employee. The whole time that I was trying to speak with her, she would ignore most of what I said. She was on her phone the whole time scrolling through videos, looking through Gmail and LinkedIn. She just kept referring me to Bell customer service and when I called them, they were very surprised that I was already at a Bell store and that the employees there weren't helping me. Basically she seemed annoyed that anyone was asking her anything. Another lady came in while I was there, and she was rude to her as well. The only efficient employee was Alex, he did not waste anyone's time and actually explained some stuff.
