  Greatly appreciated the assistance in transferring back to Bell with Emil. He was very kind, patient, helpful and courteous. To receive service like this is refreshing. Thank you so......much for your time Emil. I was also assisted by Vedant another day and he also was very helpful. So appreciate the excellent assistance required by someone who knows very little about phones. Learning though! Lol

  They told me they are not Bell, they "only" sell for Bell so they could not give me a SIM card that was already requested by customer support. But it looks like they just don't feel like selling SIM cards after reading more similar reviews. Also the store was closed during working hours and then suddenly the guy arrived on his car to open it (at 5pm on Friday)
