Jennifer at Virgin Plus is an absolute lifesaver! Before finding her, I went through a massive customer service nightmare with Bell. Bell agents at both the Mapleview Mall and Pen Centre stores dismissed me and told me to go online. I then spent 2.5 hours with online support who couldn't fix my plan, opened two tickets, and Bell has not called me back (8 days and counting).Jennifer at Virgin kiosk Pen Centre was the only person who cared enough to help. She investigated the company’s data system, compared it to my issue, and actually solved it. Stellar service from an amazing employee! Thank you Jennifer!!

After trying to upgraded my Phone and Tablet in Niagara Falls with extreme frustration and no luck, I decided to go to the Pen Centre and talk to my Virgin Plus Kiosk people. Should have done that in the first place because I met two wonderful employees who made all of my dreams come true. Thank you Jen and Derick for all of your help, kind words and laughter. You made this day so special for me. You never rushed me, answered all of my questions and actually made me feel like a valued customer and friend. You two are a definite asset to Virgin Mobile and I hope they realize how special you to are. I can honestly recommend Virgin Mobile to anyone without hesitation. I promise that you won’t regret it. It could also be the best day of your life just as it was for me. I walked around for the rest of my day with a big smile on my face. From now on, this will be my place to go. Hope it will be yours to. Bernadette

I had the pleasure of dealing with Krista, a Virgin Mobile team member, when I stopped by to inquire about a phone for my granddaughter. She walked me through all of the options and rate plans and help me settle on one that would work for our needs. The transition from the previous provider with seamless and my granddaughter walked away with a shiny new iPhone! I just want to thank Krista for a job well done!!

Had virgin mobile for years with great experiences. sadly the past 5 months of a phone that's not usable and having them close my tickets 3 times without resolving the issue is where I cut the ties. all my interactions were pretty good with customer support until the last one. for a communications company they struggle to communicate.
