  Had virgin mobile for years with great experiences. sadly the past 5 months of a phone that's not usable and having them close my tickets 3 times without resolving the issue is where I cut the ties. all my interactions were pretty good with customer support until the last one. for a communications company they struggle to communicate.

  I was having difficulty connecting with customer service over a billing error, so I drove 30 minutes to the Virgin Kiosk and asked Kristen to help me. She removed the additional care charges, but had to connect with customer service to have a another charge removed. Kristen experienced first hand being unable to connect to an actual person within a reasonable time frame. She finally called the number for clients wishing to cancel their service. She actually had a real person on the line! However, the connection was so poor that I had to ask Kristen to speak for me because I had difficulty hearing the agent. Thank you Kristen for your excellent service. I remember when all of Virgin customer interactions were wonderful. Not any more.

  I had a great experience at the Pen Center virgin mobile kiosk, all due to Krista Stadnyk. Her customer service was amazing even with it being busy with only 2 employees working, the other person seemed to be a new employee needing her help from time to time. Her patience and knowledge are very much appreciated. Thanks Krista for all your help. I would give 5 stars if virgin would have had more employees working so that the wait time for the amazing customer service was not as long.
