  Absolutely ridiculous customer service from this location and found many incorrect and not up to par behaviors going on here that do not align with Bell's corporate standard of customer service. I switched from Telus to Bell (Will never make this mistake again), and when they're done with you, they act like you're a stranger off the street. I was given zero paperwork for my activation and was told it was all emailed to me, such as my plan, pricing, account number and information to make bill payments. This was not the case, so I went back and asked for the account number and my original contract so I can setup automatic bank payments. I was told "we have limited access to your account and you'd need to phone corporate, I can't help you" This is a 'CORPORATE' Bell location, not some booth in the mall like wow mobile or wireless wave. This is a store that is supposed to handle mobility and home accounts, yet they refuse. 1. Very dismissive staff who tries to pass everything onto customer service, insisting they aren't a corporate store. 2. Only have one employee on the floor and will ignore you when you walk in. 4. Aren't truthful about their policies and pricing, they will say you need to take the most expensive plan and warranty in order to get a sale price on the phone, that is clearly already advertised on the website or our own texts from Bell. 5. Will lie to your face about what they can and can't access if they suspect you aren't buying something. Something needs to do be done as these are standard bell practices I've experienced at other locations just fine.

  Our client representative named 'Bri' was extremely professional and knowledgeable on products and services offered by Bell. She made upgrading our smartphones a worry-free experience for both my wife and me. I, usually have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dealing with Bell from past history. Bri made us feel comfortable and totally at ease. We appreciated that she took the time to transfer contents from our old devices over to the new ones. She made sure we were happy with the results. Amazing and exceptional service! Thank you very much Bri.

  Huge shout out to Carrie Gray at the Bell Pen Centre location. She has outstanding customer service. She is very helpful and friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend going to see her for all of your tv, internet and mobile needs.
