- SHShahzain HussainAug 9, 20261.0I had a difficult experience with Bell. There is an employee at this location who repeatedly makes the identity validation process unnecessarily difficult. He asked me to bring multiple documents for proof, so I went back and brought exactly what he requested. When I returned, he then told me that the document was not valid. He was simply pushing me around and making the process difficult for no reason. If a specific form of identification or document is required, it should be clearly explained the first time instead of sending customers away and then rejecting what they were specifically told to bring. Very unprofessional and disappointing customer service. I would not recommend dealing with this location. He is the odd chubby guy with glasses. Sidenote: I went to the Bell store located on Fourth Ave and I got everything I needed done in under 10 minutes.
