  On Saturday, I passed by Bridlewood Mall and saw a Virgin Mobile store near the supermarket entrance. They had a great plan: $35 with 100GB. After the salesperson, Nelson, explained that it was a Bell promotion, I thought it was even better. However, strangely, Nelson said he would give me a phone and told me to ignore it and go to another store to return the phone, after which they would give me the money. I didn't think much of it and did as he said. But when I got home, I found that Bell had given me a number I didn't recognize, not my original one. The next day, when I went back, Nelson wasn't in the store, and it was closed. So I went to the Bell store next door to ask why the Virgin store was empty and closed. The Bell employee told me that the other person might have gone to the restroom. He also asked if I needed any help. I said I still wanted to go back to the Virgin store. Then another girl who didn't speak Chinese told me that they hadn't transferred my number the day before. I said, "How's that..." Is it possible? The girl in the end patiently helped me solve all the problems. Nelson is an irresponsible salesperson. He was very enthusiastic when I opened the account; I did whatever he told me to do, but he didn't transfer my number at all.

  I visited the store today to inquire about the current offer. Unfortunately, the salesperson was quite unprofessional and aggressive, even striking the desk at one point. Due to this hostile environment, I chose to conclude the interaction and leave.
