I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The staff member who assisted me, Amy, had a very poor attitude throughout the entire interaction. She rarely smiled, looked unhappy, and came across as impatient whenever I asked questions.
I was expecting professional customer service, especially when choosing a phone plan, but instead I felt rushed and unwelcome. Amy did not explain the available options clearly and didn't seem willing to answer my questions with patience or professionalism.
Customer service should make people feel respected and valued. Unfortunately, this experience was the opposite. I hope the management provides additional customer service training to ensure future customers receive the level of service they deserve.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.
