I was charged falsely,I switched from Rogers to Virgin on an esim and had trouble to get my esim going. The authorized Virgin Plus store charged me for a physical sim and generated a 11.30$ bill, which I paid without a second thought but when I got in touch with customer care they told me the setup (80$) was waived by the company and as it’s an esim they can’t charge me 11.30$ for the same
