  My husband and I cannot thank the staff at the Scarborough Town Centre DHL Service Point for all their assistance yesterday when we visited the store around 7.30-8pm. I met with two female staff and they were patient beyond words with us. This was my first time mailing a rather big parcel to India and they both made this process so smooth. They answered all our questions with so much kindness and compassion. Thank you ever so much for the beautiful customer service!

  I got an important document delivered today at my Kingston Road townhouse ( Kingston & ScarboroughbGolf Club). Point of collection to destination, shipment was handled professionally with time to time notification. Only biggest complain would be the way this important doc was delivered ( thrown out) casually beside the garbage bin. We did have post box, a place to keep the mail under portico, there is calling bell as well. My wife was waiting to receive the pkg. Deivery man should have notified & taken the signature from consignee. This was really important doc what if it was raining today. This part should have been looked after to maintain the quality of service of DHL.

  I reached the DHL store on Fri at 7:30pm and they were open. There was 1 lady at the desk and she was very polite and helpful. She said the store opens during mall hours so actually on weekdays they close at 9pm. She helped to instruct me to fill out the online form and packaged the documents for me. I would recommend this place over a small Plaza shop. I did not have a bad experience as others have posted.

  Very disappointing experience with DHL. lied ABOUT DELIVERY ATTEMPT My daughter’s wedding suit was scheduled for delivery on August 7, 2026, and we were waiting patiently because it was very important for the wedding. The driver marked the delivery as unsuccessful and stated that there was no attendance/access to the building. This was not true. The building entrance door was open because of maintenance, so the driver did not even need to buzz to enter. When I contacted DHL customer service, I was initially told that no buzzer number had been added to the shipment. Later, another customer service representative confirmed that the buzzer information had in fact been added. I was then told that someone would contact the driver and call me back. I waited for about an hour and received no call. When I contacted DHL again, I was told that nobody had actually connected with the driver. Even a manager had assured me that I would receive a call, but again, nobody followed up. This was extremely frustrating because this was not an ordinary package—it was my daughter’s wedding suit, and we were depending on DHL to deliver it on time. Because of the failed delivery and lack of proper follow-up, we now have to go out and purchase another suit locally for the wedding. The lack of effort from the driver and the conflicting information and broken promises from customer service made this a very poor experience. DHL needs to improve both its delivery procedures and communication with customers.

  I would like to share my disappointing experience at the DHL store in Scarborough Town Centre at approximately 1:30 p.m. on August 7. I am a senior citizen and I am not familiar with using technology. I normally use FedEx for my shipping needs, but this time I decided to try DHL because it was recommended to me. I arrived at the store, there were no other customers waiting. However, instead of assisting me with my shipment, the female employee repeatedly told me to enter all the information myself on the computer. I explained several times that I did not know how to use the system and politely asked for her help. Unfortunately, she seemed unhappy to assist me and was impatient and quite rude. As an elderly customer, I was simply asking for basic assistance, especially when the store was not busy. Her attitude made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. I hope DHL will provide better customer service training so that employees treat all customers with patience, kindness, and respect—especially senior citizens and those who are not comfortable using technologys This experience was very disappointing, and I hope DHL will review this incident and improve its customer service in the future.
