I called their help line number asking them what is the problem why they cannot deliver my package since I already pay the duty tax, the agent said there is no problem but they dont know why the package still in Scarborough. Feel embarrassed with my friends coz mother's day have passed by and their stuff stock at dhl Scarborough. Calling them everyday is frustrating. 😪

For instance, with my recent delivery, the driver said "no access code available to enter building". Was he high? Because it was right there in the address! The driver also called me and hung up BEFORE i could even pick up! He hung up before I could swipe to answer, it was that fast. That's all done on purpose to show he did "his part" so that they can gaslight their customers. I assumed it was a scammer call hence did not call back, but even if I did call back, I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have picked up. I'm so done with DHL. Never ever will I choose DHL to receive or even send packages.
