Retail entrance for customers is located at the back of the building, but signage is clear which made locating the entrance not an issue. Lovely staff who were supportive and were open to answering our queries related to our return.

After contacting support, I was asked to share photos of items and informed that the warehouse is searching for the package. Customer representatives were really rude on call. It’s been multiple days with no concrete update or timeline. Losing track of a shipment at the final delivery stage is unacceptable. Requesting DHL to provide a clear status and resolve this urgently. Never ever gonna recommend this DHL.
