My partner and my son go here and we used to feel very happy with the services we received from the regular staff member who is always here. I hate to say it but this gentleman we always deal with offered me a plan to save money but I would have to opt into auto-pay. I declined and he ended up putting me on the plan anyhow. I received a text saying my savings will end if I don't set up auto-pay. I'm upset that I will be paying $10 a month more for the next 2 years. I will ride this wave and NEVER be a Bell customer again. Its not his fault he works for Bell which in my opinion is robbing people blind. I should blame them, not him, but I didn't appreciate this covert action on his part. Bell, if you are reading this and care (but you do not because your loyalty department could not help me - what is the point of having a loyalty department still) I will NEVER be a customer with you again after these two years. My son, mother and my partner will follow suit and all of our home Bell services will also discontinue.

The store was about to close at 7 PM, but Paul still took the time to help me. He stayed about 40 minutes after closing just to make sure my eSIM was properly activated and everything was working. He truly showed what real customer service means—patient, helpful, and genuinely caring about the customer. Thank you, Paul, for going above and beyond to help me today. Your support was greatly appreciated! 🙌
