I was having an issue with my phone and dropped by this store hoping for a solution. Mereeta was the rep who helped me out and was excellent, ensuring my experience was a positive one. I truly felt she cared and was happy to go out of her way to find a solution for me which is rare in this day and age. Really fantastic service!
