- EFEdward FiguraAug 28, 20265.0I had an incredibly complicated issue setting up my Bell account and eSIM, and what should have been a simple process turned into nearly three hours of calls with multiple support departments. Himesh was outstanding throughout the entire situation. He stayed on my side, kept pushing for answers when phone support seemed more interested in ending the calls than actually resolving the problem, and repeatedly assured me that he was not leaving until everything was working. He stayed until the store closed and even later to make sure the issue was completely resolved. Despite how frustrating the situation became, Himesh remained polite, patient, friendly, and professional the entire time. His commitment turned an awful experience into a positive one. Five stars without hesitation. If you need help with anything Bell related, I highly recommend asking for Himesh.
