  Nusky provided excellent service while helping me migrate my line to Bell. He had a strong understanding of the service and clearly explained everything throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the entire transition smooth and easy. I really appreciated the support and great customer service.

  Very poor customer service from Ruhan. He was not helpful and did not provide a good customer experience. I would not recommend dealing with him. Please avoid him if possible

  Very disappointing customer service. I visited on Monday as an existing Bell customer to inquire about upgrading to an iPhone 18 Pro Max. The representative was on what appeared to be a personal call and showed very little interest in hearing what I needed or assisting me. I understand taking a call, but as a customer, I felt completely ignored. I came in genuinely interested in upgrading and left without getting the information I needed. I expected basic customer service and attention, but unfortunately did not receive it.
