  After some shopping online, we decided it might do better to schedule an appointment and work with an expert in-store to bundle some services as new Canadian residents. Nusky proved to be just that with exceptional knowledge and insight useful to our situation. It saved us a lot of hassle trying to figure it out on our own.   On 4th August, we had visited the Bell Store at STC. Ruhan the Sales Representative greeted us and made us feel very welcome. We had a lot of questions to ask and Ruhan was very patient and answered and clarified everyone of them. He was very helpful and guided us to make the best decisions for our needs. We really appreciated his help. We recommend him for his customer service in making the customer feel cared for.

  Based on my personal experience, I found some of the staff at this company to be untrustworthy. They may make decisions or take actions without the customer's knowledge, seemingly to increase their own commission rather than act in the customer's best interest. I have filed a complaint about my experience. If you care about your financial reputation and credit score, do your research carefully before making any decisions. In my opinion, dealing with this agency or company can be a significant risk.
