  Not impressed at all with this company, not only did my account get frauded after moving out of the entire city I resided in, when I am still also a Lucky mobile user which is also Bell kept charging me for a phone I no longer use at all and my new phone registered to there network is all good . But when I called to ask why there charging me for a phone with a sim not used for 4 months which paid 75$ a month for and yes they can see that no data or calls or texts were made and the the sim was more then dormant REFUSED to refund my money even though my card was used to charge an account they do not have the power to refund it anymore due to there restrictions because of Covid handling credit cards is not in there repitoir some people's children I tell you....now and refunding them is next to impossible and that left me to not only adjust the way I payfir my bill but also a DISPUTE FIRM WITH CREDIT AGENCY TAKES MONTHS so basically they stole money aware that I did not use the sim at all and still refused to return the oney for service I did not use at all while using my new phone which has the new sim card and of course I cancelled my plan that is what makes this frustrating.... Grrrrr
