    Had been with Rogers for 14 years, was forced to change due to coverage changes, went to bell store in station mall where I met AJ, he was great, efficient, and put my mind at ease to point I switched over 2 other phone plans.

    I attended the Sault Ste. Marie Bell mobility store. Justin was able to rectify all the problems and the lack of professionalism set out by Bell for over a month and it only took him 15 minutes to correct all the problems.

    Brought my "older than the hills" Samsung to Bell in the Station Mall because it no longer would connect to the network. Jamie Narbonne identified a SIMS card failure and replaced it free. Although I was set to go, I asked for info about getting a new phone soon. He showed me different options, didn't pressure me to buy or up-sell me toward more expensive models. He pointed out the spec differences of each. What a professional, smart and friendly Sales Consultant. I highly recommend you seek out Jamie when visiting the store for whatever brings you there.
