  AJ at Bell – Station Mall deserves a 5-star review! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to give a huge thank you to AJ for going above and beyond to help me when I really needed it. Bell called me to set up a plan, and while they were transferring my service from Virgin to Bell, the call suddenly got disconnected. Unfortunately, my phone completely lost signal afterward. I called Bell Technical Support using my wife’s phone, and they advised me to go to the nearest Bell store. It was already around 7:30 PM, and Station Mall was closing at 8:00 PM. I arrived at the Bell store at around 7:50 PM, thinking there might not be enough time to get help. But AJ took the time to assist me and stayed committed to getting my SIM activated and my service working. I’m travelling to Toronto tomorrow, so having no phone service was definitely not an option. AJ understood the situation and went above and beyond, even though I came in just minutes before closing. Thank you so much, AJ! Your patience, professionalism, and willingness to help really made a stressful situation so much easier. Bell is lucky to have someone like you! 🙌 5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  When my dad died and I had to cancel His phone and internet they were impossible to get rid of. No matter how many times I sent the death certificate and no matter how many people I talked to they kept sending me bills for 3 months after his death. They are parasites and their structure makes there r removal impossible by design. Not to mention their internet never works and the techs were out there weekly for the last year of his life. A phone box by the cemetery had a mouse nest in it and when it rained or the humidity was high nothing worked. They just repeatedly fired up the parts cannon and replaced everything multiples times.

  My friend is in the hospital and I had to get my old iPhone X up and running for her so we could communicate properly. AJ was *extremely* patient and we worked through *all* the tech roadblocks so that I could deliver her a ‘new’ (to her) cell phone. He even helped me get her access to Crave so she could keep up with her shows! Thanks so much AJ!!
