  Went to upgrade my phone and the one worker was very dismissive and passive aggressive towards other customers AND his co worker despite his actions. I had a great experience with Harold was very friendly and outgoing and helped me through the process of upgrading my phone and setting it up for me!

  Cell phone service is not working. I open the MyBell app and tell it I'm having problems with my cell phone. The first thing it does is reboot my modem at home. I'm not at home, but you did knock my wife offline who works from home. What dumb troubleshooting. Glad I didn't say I was having problem with my cable, they might've asked my to powercycle my toaster. Morons.
