We came to the virgin plus office to verify our documents for online purchase. Hasti was very patient and helpful. She called the number for online purchase verification and waited patiently to speak with them answer questions and verify our documents. The delay on phone hold was after their work hour and she was still patiently getting our work done. I really appreciated that we didn't have to come back and she stayed over for us.

We went to virgin mobile today to replace my mom’s old pay as you go phone. We met a very kind and professional manager called Jefferson. He was extremely polite and accommodating with us, taking the time to explain plans and what was on offer. We left the same day with a great deal and amazing satisfaction. The gentleman Jefferson should be complimented on demonstrating how customer service should be done! 5/5 for entire experience. (Reward him with some holiday days or bonus, or at least let him know we were very impressed!)
