Sales person there wasn’t much help. Had a hard time setting up eSIM, was told to contact support since they can’t help you with ANYTHING! HOWEVER, he told me that iPhone XR can’t do eSIM and only iPhone 13 and newer can, when it literally has it in the settings and I showed him it. Even Apple’s official list says iPhone SE (2020), iPhone XR, and newer have eSIMs. I think they just want commissions from you buying a SIM card.
