  Kyle from Bell was an exceptional associate who guided us meticulously through the transition from our previous provider to Bell. He ensured we were informed of every detail and kept us apprised of all available promotions. Kyle is truly an outstanding representative for Bell.   I spent hours on the phone with Bell getting set up with a new phone plan went into this location to pick up the phone and an associate at the store messed up everything I sorted out for the contract and then pretended she didn’t and I had to call her out on it and it took days for it to get back to what it was all because she doesn’t know what she’s doing. Does not know how to take accountability or apologize and fix things properly. I can’t remember her name right now, I’ll check the receipt and edit, but I’m sure she’s reading this and remember exactly who she is. RIDICULOUS. TERRIBLE location. RUDE staff.

  Sales person there wasn’t much help. Had a hard time setting up eSIM, was told to contact support since they can’t help you with ANYTHING! HOWEVER, he told me that iPhone XR can’t do eSIM and only iPhone 13 and newer can, when it literally has it in the settings and I showed him it. Even Apple’s official list says iPhone SE (2020), iPhone XR, and newer have eSIMs. I think they just want commissions from you buying a SIM card.
