I brought in my elderly grandmother to get a very necessary phone upgrade and was shocked by the time ane care Sarah took to help her. She made sure my mom understood everything she needed to about her change in plan, the costs, and stood there transferring everything from her old phone to the new. She made sure my mom knew how to use it to do everything she uses her phone for before we left the store. I will never go anywhere else again. This is my Bell store from now on. I will be back to see Sarah for the rest of my family's bell needs. Kristen Locklin

My mom who is a senior came into the store and fell due to excessive amounts of water that had flooded under the door. The staff looked at her and didnt help her up. Imagine not helping an elderly woman up off the floor?! One of the staff members said this was not the first time someone had fell … My mom later called to speak to the manager to let them know about what happened. The manager hung up on her.
- BBBApr 4, 20261.0Worst telecommunications company. Internet always cuts out, data rarely ever works. They hook you in with all these little promotions on bill that start getting removed 6 months later, then they start sending emails that they are raising their bill as well. My bill was raised $26 in 8 months time. Not even a year, they dont even wait a year now before they start screwing you over. I am going back to rogers effective immediately. I should have never switched from Rogers to begin with, I've never had half the problems with Rogers and they care about customer loyalty.
