  We went to Bell in Lansdowne mall in Peterborough today. Having mysterious things happening with phone couldn’t figure out! Maxwell helped us so much and he was a delight to connect with. He was friendly personable and fixed a problem we never would’ve figured out! Highly recommend going there for any needs! Lois and Douglas

  Aiden was excellent in everyway. He helped us with a very difficult situation with patience and understanding. He helped us choose the right path forward to find the right cel phone plan as well. I recommend him highly.

  We were in the store for almost 2 hours. Then on the phone for ever. Then we had to wait some more and give multiple different versions of identifying information. People were streaming in and we were constantly being pushed to the side. Do better Bell. Do better.

  Outstanding service today at the Bell Store in Lansdowne Place mall. I took my brother in law in John Tinney to get two iPads hooked up and Aiden Marr helped him. I think we were in and out in 30-40 mins. We are happy with the service we received so thank u :)

  5/5 Stars — True Service Excellence! Location: Bell Store at Lansdowne Place Mall (Peterborough) — convenient and welcoming atmosphere. Climate control building Accessible parking Able to book appointment so as to not wait hours to be served. Businesses working together. Post phone set up, our rep Aiden referred us across the hall to mobile care for screen protector & phone case. Representative: Aiden — incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Level of Care: Service excellence, not just standard customer service. Aiden went well above and beyond expectations. Accessibility & Care: Took the time and genuine effort needed to accommodate & support someone with a disability accessing the store and services smoothly. Accessible desk to review Bell agreement, underlining and noting key information on agreement to ensure customer understood what was being signed. New phone setup: Aiden took time to transfer information from customer old phone to new phone. Aiden's experience of working with older population showed as he understood customer required accessibility settings on phone to ensure a easier use for customer. According/ID. Heads Up / Great Job, Aiden! ​Customer came in unprepared for their Bell appointment without a driver’s license(due to disability customer has no driver's license), therefore unaware of the ID requirements for setting up new service. Aiden stepped right in with quick problem-solving & immediate next steps so the customer didn't have to leave empty-handed or come back another day. Recommended adding a Authorized User to existing Bell account & explained what and how his works, Including contact at Bell to get the Authorization User added on Bell Account. Aiden also recommended customer apply for an Ontario Photo Card for seamless service in the future. Excellent initiative and customer care Aiden, definitely endures a repeat Customer! Calling this experience"good customer service" would be an understatement; this was genuine Service Excellence. Aiden demonstrated an outstanding level of product knowledge, answering every question with total clarity and confidence. What stood out most was his care, patience, and dedication when assisting someone with a disability accessing the store. Aiden took the extra time and care to ensure every need was met comfortably and without any rush. It’s rare to find customer care support who combines deep expertise with such authentic empathy and attention to detail. Definition of Service excellence means consistently exceeding expectations through proactive communication, swift problem-solving, and personalized care that leaves every customer feeling valued and supported.
