- KHKaren HowsonSep 9, 20265.0I switched from Virgin prepaid to Bell over the phone but they didn't port my numbee properly. I came into the store around 10am and Krystal went above and beyond spendong 3 hours calling in to different departments trying to fix the issue since the reps over the phome kept giving her the run around, not able to find the prepaid account. Finally after her relentless persistence she was able to help me login to my prepaid account and recover the account number which the reps over the phone still couldn't locate. Eventually they gave a totally different account number and ported it. I could not have done this myself. In the store they are truly amazing but over the phone people need proper training and not send us into the store when they dont know how to do something. I was ready to cancel and because of Krystal's persistence I will remain a customer of Bell and visit the store directly from now on even though I live an hour away.
