- KAKelli AttenboroughAug 28, 20265.0We we're having trouble with our phones and the staff member that helped us, Sophia, was awesome. She turned what could have been a stressful time into a smooth process.

- RKRA KuhlSep 27, 20251.0Terrible customer service when booking repair of phone line. I called and confirmed an appointment for the next day, then that same day I had to call back so they could create a ticket/service call which then made the appointment on a Sunday. Between 8am and 5pm, that is ridiculous! Now they are saying I will be called again tomorrow to confirm the appointment and the tech will call 30 minutes before coming. This is my last interaction with Bell
