  Came into the store on Wednesday evening around 7 PM on May 6 to activate SIM cards that had previously been ordered in-store for my senior grandmother. The male employee assisting us was polite and genuinely tried to help. However, he asked a female coworker for assistance, and she stated that because the SIM cards were supposedly ordered online, she did not want to help us — despite the fact that they were actually ordered in-store a few days earlier with employee assistance. She then told the male employee that he did not need to help us either, while laughing sarcastically, and instead only provided a customer support phone number. My grandmother, who is a senior, was left struggling with the online activation process for nearly 30 minutes while the employee watched without offering meaningful assistance. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and customer service we experienced was extremely disappointing, especially toward an elderly customer simply asking for help with a product purchased through your company.

  Aish is, hands down, the best tech person I've ever dealt with. She is knowledgeable, explains processes, understands competitive pricing and advises brilliantly. When we had a technical error, she stayed 30 minutes after closing to help us. She is a very dedicated. We will come back to Virgin just so we can deal with her again.

  The service at this location was excellent. I originally came in frustrated after being bounced around on the phone between customer service agents. There was an issue with an online order I placed, and Moody listened closely to help figure everything out. He worked to understand the situation, explained everything very clearly, and ended up getting me a better phone for the same monthly payment + let me keep my old phone number. I was very satisfied with the service here!!
