You told us to keep emailing you, and that never did anything but go into a vortex of complaints. You want to make things right? - GIVE US A REFUND.*** Bad customer service, no help, lazy workers, and too expensive for “results” Had to reschedule bed delivery three times. Didn’t complete the job. Left our bed in our kitchen, upending our w tire living area. We spent over $200 for them to get it in our bedroom. They left it in our kitchen. Claimed it couldn’t be brought up the stairs. - but me and a pal did it, and it took less than 10minutes. They were lazy. That’s all there is to it. Lazy. And then they never answered our concerns and didn’t help mitigate the issue at any point. We paid $200+ to be inconvenienced. They got 2 stars for at least taking our old mattress away. ***down to 1 star, given the canned answer to this review. Brutal.**** Otherwise, this is as a trash experience, from start to finish.
