  Account and service changes created problems with MyBell app. Calling Bell Support wasted hours and only made the situation worse. After explaining the problems , store staff took it over and resolved. A special thank you to Saif who patiently worked through the situation. Nothing works better than a skilled human mediator. Thank you.

  I've had the supreme privilege of being helped by Phuong twice now, and it's been maybe the best customer service and help I've ever had! I know that sounds like an exaggeration, but honestly it's not. He's knowledgeable, kind, patient, understanding, and wants to help, and really is helpful! He's got a sick skateboard, and I definitely agree with his takes on schnitzel :)

  After an awful experience at the Rideau center where the only advice they gave me was you can do it all online by yourself. It was an amazing relief meeting Phuong from the Bell bank street location. He help me convert my number to include my new small business, he was fast acting on the phone to expedite the process, he gave such an informational play by play of my plan options and payments and on top of that he took the time to explain lots of things I didnt understand or didnt even knew about. I would recommend anyone looking for top tear customer service to go see him at this location. Huge thanks Phuong, looking forward to seeing you again.!
